Manager of IT Support Services
Provides leadership, management and strategic direction as it relates to technology and its use College wide. Manages IT Support, Help Desk, and Apple support staff. Works closely with Academic and Campus Deans, faculty and staff members to assure functionality of all technology enabled classrooms and administrative areas with regards to hardware, software and peripheral devices. Works closely with the Network Server Analysts to solve complex technology issues.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in the Information Technology field plus five years of full-time experience of management of technology required. Equivalent combination of education and/or work experience including part time considered. A valid driver’s license & insurability to operate College vehicles is required. National Certification in Technology (HDI, ITIL, or Microsoft) preferred. Hiring process includes a background check. Position is contingent upon MCC Board of Governors approval. NOTE: College degrees obtained outside the U.S. accepted only when interpreted by transcript service members of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
