Job Duties: Management of desktop support for all faculty and staff; support of technology in classrooms, conference rooms, active learning spaces and clinical settings. Management of a variety of special projects. These projects may include implementation of new technology based system for specific purposes and/or areas of the College, oversight of software/hardware upgrades, research and development of new technologies and development of training materials for end users of new systems. Management of all video services within the College. These services currently include lecture capture hardware and software (Mediasite, My Mediasite and Tegrity), Digital Signage Management with Dynasign, web conferencing hardware (H.323)/software solutions (WebEx and Saba Meeting) and management of our ONSSI video observation portal. Management of all computer labs within the College (this includes management of all student lab assistance); management of Unit specific accounts and storage space; and lastly management of the College Organizational Unit (utilizing Active Directory) and technology inventory.
