Position Summary: This position is responsible for managing all aspects of website content, digital signage and display boards, social media, and email marketing content for Auxiliary Services and its five unique independent departments. This individual works with the Marketing Manager and Auxiliary Managers to understand departmental goals and help develop content that effectively communicates to target audiences. This individual must have a good eye for design, be capable of developing content, understand the user experience, and be strong in attention to detail. They must utilize technology skills while working in a wide variety of content management, web design and data analytics systems including (but not limited to): Drupal, Mailchimp, RiseVision, Qualtrics, Atrium, Qlik, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Manage the Auxiliary Services social media user group. Work with various departmental representatives to plan social media calendar and implement promotions/engaging content. Conduct monthly meetings and coordinate with departmental representatives to ensure deadlines are met and content is on trend for target audiences. Make program recommendations to Marketing Manager and departmental representatives. Look for new ways to engage customers. Work with Auxiliary Ambassador on organic content.
