Digital Marketing Manager

Job description

This full-time position reports to the Executive Director of Marketing and Communications and is responsible for the development, implementation and optimization of marketing campaigns across all digital channels to drive new student enrollment.


Devise and execute strategies to drive traffic and inquiry from the .edu website including the development and ongoing management of all web, SEO/SEM, email, paid social and display advertising campaigns.

Plan, execute and measure all web and mobile testing to drive the optimization of resources and dollars to ensure the highest inquiry to application rate.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Manage existing web presence and work to improve the usability, design, content and overall conversion of the websites including the development of a robust content strategy.

Identify digital trends and insights and leverage those trends to further optimize digital advertising efforts, spend and performance to drive inquiry flow.

Evaluate customer research and competitor data to review and recommend new technologies to keep the college at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.

Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

Five years of recent experience in digital marketing.

Two years supervisory and/or project management experience required.

Demonstrated experience managing digital and paid digital advertising campaigns as described above.

Knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to work independently, cooperatively and maintain confidentiality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications required.

Working knowledge of web development a plus.

Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
