Job description

Duties: The Center for Cellular Immunotherapies (CCI) Coordinator will be responsible for all CCI event planning, including domestic and international conferences and internal PSOM weekly speaker series. The CCI Coordinator will also be responsible for vendor relations, which includes organizing meetings for all CCI purchasers, arranging and organizing quotes for all labs, communicating and being the outward face for between all vendors and act as the liaison amongst all labs under CCI. Additionally, the CCI Coordinator will be responsible for all contracts currently executed under CCI. This role includes management of TMF project which aligns contracts with proper INDs for auditing purposes. They will maintain and notarize all patents for CCI PI's. Act as the direct contact for all CCI contracts and act as the liaison between PCI and CCI. Finally, the CCI Coordinator will be responsible for updating all CCI websites with new additions to the team, current events and news and updates for patients and donors.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and 2 years to 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, are required. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information and interact with all levels of personnel.
Attention to detail, organization and ability to multi-task a must.
