Duties: Provide high-level administrative, logistical, and technical support for the daily operations of the Office of Academic Affairs (OAA) while utilizing advanced learning and administrative management systems to further advance the School's innovation efforts. The successful candidate must possess excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written) and have the ability to effectively multi-task. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and experience with multiple educational technology platforms, including Canvas, ExamSoft and Panopto is required
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 1 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and experience with multiple educational technology platforms, including Canvas, ExamSoft and Panopto is required. Experience working and collaborating with a broad set of stakeholders including faculty, staff, students and customers / clients from international locations.
