Advertised Job Summary: Under the direction of the project director and in collaboration with Transition Alliance of South Carolina (TASC) project staff and partners, to develop and implement a framework of general support to local communities implementing South Carolina's Employability Credential for transition aged youth with disabilities. This will include coordinating communication, resources, data collection and support for all teams as part of the contract between the Center for Disability Resources, Department of Pediatrics, USC School of Medicine and the SC Department of Education. The Project Coordinator will also work with other TASC staff and partners to implement a system of support, follow-up, coordination and resources to local teams participating in the TASC Initiative. Finally, the Project Coordinator will work with project directors and other staff to develop, coordinate, and implement program goals, objectives and activities.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Master's degree and 1-year relevant secondary transition and/or interagency collaboration program experience or bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant secondary transition and/or interagency collaboration program experience.
