Advertised Job Summary: The Coordinator of Withdrawal provides support to students who are considering or are in the process of withdrawing from the University. This position coordinates the withdrawal process for students who need to leave the University due to hardship reasons. The coordinator will serve as a program and/or departmental representative for campus committees and outreach events. This person will develop reports and assess the effectiveness of programs and initiatives. The position requires strong critical thinking, memorization, attention to detail, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently while developing strong collaborative relationships with colleagues, students, and student affairs and academic affairs units. The position requires the ability to be deadline-orientated. The individual must be able to exercise excellent professional judgment and discretion, making decisions on a regular basis that impact student welfare and the institution. The individual must have the ability to work with students in crisis.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Masters degree in Student Services or related field and 2 years related experience, or bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience.
