Advertised Job Summary: Responsibilities include working with the SJMC director in planning, submitting and adjusting class schedules each term and entering schedules into the USC Banner system. Duties also include coordinating tenure and promotion activities, overseeing course evaluation distribution, preparing and maintaining confidential records and reports, processing travel reimbursements, coordinating events/meetings/office maintenance, managing calendars and representing the SJMC in communications with other units on campus.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree and 4 years relevant experience in business management, public administration or administrative services; or equivalency.
