Advertised Job Summary: The Administrative Specialist will manage the administrative support activities of the University Police Department. Duties include (but are not limited to) managing the administrative functions of the department; maintaining campus ID and decal databases; drafting correspondence; preparing daily shift reports; completing monthly and annual reports; dispatching of officers to both calls for service and emergency calls and other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): High school diploma and 2 years related experience, or equivalency.
