Job description

Duties: The primary purpose of this position is to present to patients provider recommended dental treatment and the payment options available. Adhere to financial policies and present all payment options in a consistent manner following the Penn Dental Family Practice guidelines. Enter payment plans into practice management software program as necessary, document financial consultation outcomes and arrangements, follow-up on treatment plans presented yet not accepted, review
delinquent accounts monthly, A/R reporting, calling delinquent accounts and submitting accounts for 3rd party account retrieval when necessary. Perform practice bank deposit daily using BEN deposits.

Qualifications: An Associate's Degree or two year college equivalant and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
