FINANCIAL ADMIN COORD
Duties: Process faculty, staff, and PhD reimbursements, and junior and senior faculty recruitment reimbursements via Concur and PDA forms. Process purchase orders for department. Reconcile discretionary accounts. Process journals. Support BA in financial analysis and planning for the department. Manage PhD program job market, admissions, visit day, and first year testing. Assist with course and room scheduling.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Must have the ability to work independently with flexibility and prioritization skills as well as be detailed orientated. Knowledge of University policies and procedures, Business Objects and BEN Financials a plus.
