Cardiovascular Medicine - Interventional Cardiologist

Job description

The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Interventional Cardiology is required.

The successful candidate will have clinical responsibilities within the cardiovascular division (cardiac catheterization laboratory) at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Applicants must have subspecialty training and documented skills in all aspects of diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac catheterization procedures. The candidate will be expected to play an active role in the training of medical students and residents.
