Management Tenure Track Faculty Position
The Department of Business Administration at Kutztown University, accredited by AACSB, announces a tenure-track faculty position beginning August 2018. Responsibilities are to teach courses in Business Policy & Strategy, Principles of Management and other related management courses at the undergraduate and graduate level. Commitment to high-quality instruction in a student-centered environment is expected. Teaching assignments may require using both traditional and alternative delivery formats, including online and evening courses. Applicants are expected to have current peer-reviewed publications, unless they have recently earned the Ph.D. In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, performance review and evaluation of faculty is based on effective teaching and fulfillment of professional responsibilities; continuing scholarly growth; and service. Required: ABD with conferral of degree by Dec. 31, 2019. Preferred: Ph.D. or DBA in Strategic Management or a Ph.D. in a closely related field.
