ADMIN DIRECTOR OF THE FISHER M&T PROGRAM
Duties: The Administrative Director is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Faculty Director of the Management and Technology Program (M&T). This position is responsible for all aspects of managing the program's operations and providing key services to M&T students and alumni, including academic advising, internship development, alumni development, and co-curricular programing. The Director also serves as the M&T Business Administrator and manages 3537 Locust Walk, is involved in admissions and the recruitment of prospective students, alumni/applicant interviews, Management and Technology Summer Institute, and represents the program's interests in liaising with both internal and external constituencies.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree, Master's preferred and 5 years to 7 years of experience in student affairs or related field. Excellent organization, communications, and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to function with high degree of independence; must work with high level of motivation; demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with limited supervision. Proven ability to work with confidential information. Previous experience managing staff. Experience with University budget system and/or alumni relations experience beneficial.
