Job description

Duties: The primary function of this Research Specialist C position is to perform syngeneic mouse studies evaluating potential CAR T cell therapies for the purpose of validating exploratory studies to generating data sets for IND submittal. Generate mouse CAR T cells from mouse spleens; establish syngeneic tumor models; deliver therapeutic T cells by IV and IT injections; monitor tumor development; flow base evaluations of T cell therapeutics; data analysis and presentation for lab meetings and publications

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience are required. Ideal candidate will have advanced degree in immunology with a strong desire to be involved in a fast paced preclinical evaluations program using cutting edge T cell gene therapies. Strong animal experience, from establishing tumors, subsequent treatments and evaluating therapeutic outcomes preferred. Must have strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data to final form
