ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE II
Position Summary: This is a professional and administrative position supporting the Associate Director for Patient Services and the clinical areas which comprise the Patient Services department. The Administrative Associate II position is critical to the success of the leadership team at UHC, providing professional administrative support and outstanding customer service. This position compiles complex data, and prepares reports, policies, and other complex documents; coordinates documentation and records for the UHC Performance Improvement program; provides program support for Incident Reporting, Patient Satisfaction Surveys, and Infection Prevention; coordinates Preventive Medical Maintenance at UHC; and supports budget tracking/purchasing for ten UHC clinics and departments. This position must demonstrate effective, accurate, well organized and professional verbal and written communication, with consideration for privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Responsibilities: Provides administrative support for Associate Director and Patient Services Managers.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and one year of responsible office experience may be required.
