BUSINESS MANAGER III
Position Summary: This position will perform budgeting, accounting, contracts, personnel, payroll and purchasing duties according to UGA procedures for ITOS.
Responsibilities: Perform all accounting and budgeting duties. Responsible for regular UGA financial processes to standards set by UGA. Financial reports prepared for ITOS Managers and Carl Vinson Institute of Government (CVIOG). Work with ITOS Managers and Associate Director to use financial reports for planning purposes. Reconcile UGA monthly status reports with our departmental records (paper records and electronic accounting system) and make any necessary changes. Manage finances of the department totaling $2,500,000+ per year.
Qualifications: Completion of a Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a related discipline with nine+ years of related experience required; or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
