Job Duties: This position will work with the Director of Marketing Strategy and other marketing staff to support the development and implementation of university marketing and student recruitment communication plans. As part of the marketing team, the position is expected to actively contribute ideas, recommendations and solutions to reach marketing project goals. Additionally, the position will assist in this work by: *Participate and/or lead meetings with campus partners or vendors to gather information necessary to the success of marketing projects. Understand project goals and/or clearly communicate project requirements and expectations to campus partners and vendors. *As directed, compile reports and presentations of relevant information to guide marketing decisions, creative projects and communication plans. *Create and coordinate project schedules in conjunction with campus partners and vendors. Work with university Creative Services and other resources to manage the timely production of projects. *Under supervision from the director, work with media reps to procure advertising proposals. As needed, generate insertion orders, assist in the trafficking of advertising materials and the tracking and routing of invoices.
