The Administrative Coordinatorfor Undergraduate Programs in the D'Amore-McKim School of Business focuses on three key areas, providing: 1) direct administrative support for the Associate Dean and overall organizational support for Assistant Dean and Directors within the Undergraduate Programs office; 2) budget management for all responsibility centers; and 3) assisting the Undergraduate Student Office in designing and executing relevant student programming, events and activities to enhance the D'Amore-McKim student experience both academically and socially.
Bachelor’s degree required. 2-3 years of experience in office support, event management, and strong administrative skills needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel a Must). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must have superior multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to respond to various requests and tasks simultaneously. Strong follow through skills are essential. Budgeting and accounting knowledge needed. Must enjoy interacting with both internal (student, staff, and faculty) and external populations. Must demonstrate maturity, tact and have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Experience with Concur, and/or QuickBooks a plus.
