Job Duties: This position reports to the Director of Benefits and assists the Benefits Unit as an initial point of contact. This position is responsible for managing all leave records in Kronos and Banner as related to prior state service. This position processes all terminations to include updates to Banner deductions and outside vendor records. This position processes monthly statements from various Benefit vendors to include verifying for accuracy, researching discrepancies and establishing and ending deductions in Banner. This position serves as the primary back up to the Front Desk Administrative Support Specialist.
