Program Manager - Custom and Open Enrollment Programs
Position Summary: The Program Coordinator III position is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of departmental operations in developing, budgeting, marketing, recruiting and delivering customized and open enrollment programs. The position is accountable for achieving clearly established sales and business engagement goals, including program registrations, gross and net revenue amounts, and budget expenditures. The position manages all logistical activities involved in the effective delivery of assigned programs, including coordinating facilities and meals, securing instructors and teaching materials, maintaining accurate registration records, and collection payment of fees. The position assists in the execution of the department's business development and outreach activities, helping to identify and recruit companies for customized executive programming and placement of employees in current and future open enrollment programs. Duties and assignments also include managing financial tracking, marketing, and CRM planning and implementation. Responsibilities involve working in collaboration with faculty, TEEC staff, external strategic partners, and OIT to deliver a world-class executive education experience. Demonstrated analytical, financial, organizational, communication (written and oral), interpersonal, problem-solving, strategic planning, and customer service skills are required. This position is based in Atlanta, Georgia; 5 days per week with occasional meetings/travel to Athens, Georgia.
Responsibilities: Program Development and Implementation-Organizes executive education custom and open enrollment programs for business community. Responsible for operational program development, budgeting, marketing, recruitment, registration, faculty coordination, program materials, financial reporting, and detailed reporting on program builds and outcomes. Coordinates operations with other staff and faculty at Terry College, and with other departments across campus as needed. * Directly responsible for implementing recruitment and customer engagement operations, including all aspects of customer relationship management (CRM) for programs provided by the Office of Executive Programs within the Terry College of Business. * Develops detailed and comprehensive project plans for programs, which include the planning phase, execution, implementation, and program quality review and evaluation. * Works with marketing team to create and edit program-specific marketing collateral. * Reviews web pages to ensure information is accurate and timely, providing edits weekly and checking for completion. * Prepares, maintains and reviews contracts associated with program development and execution, ensuring accuracy, timely submission and approval, and compliance. * Maintains a detailed and updated client database of prospective, current and previous program attendees, including: names, email addresses, company information, inquiry and referral information, reasons for selecting and attending programs, etc. * Maintains and monitors all aspects of client relationships, and develops customized reports detailing client engagement activities and status updates. * Assists and supports all efforts in managing prospective client communications and recruitment for new and existing programs.
Qualifications: Completion of a master's degree with 3 years of related experience; OR completion of a bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experience.
