ASSOC DIR STUDENT AFFAIRS
Position Summary: This is an administrative management position responsible for coordinating, planning, organizing, and directing all the custodial functions, business services functions, inventory, and warehouse functions within University Housing Facilities. This position oversees all related building services activities for 22 residence halls dispersed throughout the UGA campus, Family/Graduate Housing, Greek Housing and the Health Sciences Campus as well as the business functions for the Housing Facilities unit. This position provides leadership, direction, and oversight of the Department's interior design elements and purchasing of appropriate furnishings. Responsibilities also include the direct supervision of 2 Building Services Superintendents, a Business Services Coordinator, a Warehouse Supervisor and indirectly over 90 custodial and administrative staff members.
