Business Management Faculty Position

The School of Business and Management at The Culinary Institute of America invites applicants for a full-time faculty position at our campus in Hyde Park, New York.

We are looking for a teacher and scholar with expertise in food business management, and one or more of the following food business subjects: Controlling Costs; Menu Development; Beverage and Service Management. The preferred candidate will possess a doctorate in a business, hospitality management, or a related field; a master’s degree with prior managerial experience in the hospitality industry will also be considered.
