Job description

Position Summary: Responsible for the operational management and administrative direction of business services units and/or functions including Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Administrative Services including Campus Mail and Receiving, Printing and Design, and Insurance and Claims Management. This position directs the long-range strategic planning, operations, and/or administrative activities of these business services units. Analyzes the effectiveness of and establishes future direction for functional policies and programs. The primary duty is the management of other managers, professionals, and support staff. This position reports to an Associate Vice President or other appropriate administrator.

Responsibilities: Responsible for direction and oversight of multiple business services units that support the internal business operations of the university. Responsibilities include management and oversight of Procurement, Accounts Payable, Campus Mail and Receiving, Printing and Design, Insurance and Claims Management, and the administrative and fiscal operations of these units.

Qualifications: Master's degree in appropriate area of specialization and five years of appropriate experience or a bachelor's degree in appropriate areas of specialization and ten years of experience.
