Pediatric Clinical Surgeons

Job description

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for several Assistant or Associate Professor positions in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of pediatric surgery. Responsibilities include building a clinical practice in pediatric general surgery, developing a leadership role in our pediatric trauma program, and teaching residents and fellows. Applicants must have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. or equivalent degree. They must also be certified by the American Board of Surgery, or be Board-eligible, and hold special ABS certification (or eligibility) in pediatric surgery.

Applicants must have training in clinical fetal therapy. Candidates with fellowship training will be preferred.
