Associate Director, Enrollment and Student Services, College of Pharmacy
Job Summary: The Associate Director of Enrollment in the College of Pharmacy is responsible for leading and executing all aspects of recruiting and matriculating students into doctoral program in the College of Pharmacy. The Associate Director of Enrollment has oversight of and extensive participation in recruiting and outreach events, responding to inquiries from prospective students, evaluating applications and creating and executing a communications plan for interested, prospective and admitted students prior to matriculation. The Associate Director of Enrollment will be fully engaged with all aspects of the college and will also work closely with University enrollment management representatives, as well as the marketing and communications departments, to ensure that the college's recruiting efforts are fully integrated with University recruiting activities. This is a full-time, administrative, exempt position that reports to reports to the Associate Dean of the College of Pharmacy based on the Schaumburg campus and also requires attendance at events on Roosevelt's Chicago campus. Local, regional and national travel is required. Evenings and weekends are required.
Minimum Qualifications: A Master's degree in a related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: A Master's degree in a related field A minimum of three years of experience working in student admission/enrollment at a college or university and a minimum of 1 year in an admission leadership role. Experience with student recruitment plans and events Experience utilizing social media as a recruitment tool Demonstrated ability working with a student database and data analytics. Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships both externally and within Roosevelt University. Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with diverse applicants, faculty and staff. Ability to make effective presentations in individual, small, and large group settings to prospective students. Excellent public speaking skills are required. Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to prioritize independently. Ability to demonstrate a commitment to service excellence by embodying Roosevelt's core values, mission, and vision in every aspect of the role working with students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Demonstrate positive attitude and professional demeanor. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook and ability to learn CRM software, such as Slate.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in recruiting for a health sciences program. Experience recruiting students seeking graduate and/or doctoral degrees. Experience working with Ellucian Banner student database. Experience working with CRM application ideally Slate.
