Position Title: Aviation Operations Manager
Reports To: Director of Aviation
Anticipated Starting Date: January, 29, 2018
Starting Salary: $42,810.00

The position oversees day-to-day general operations of the Aviation Department including managing dispatch and line crew, flight coordination, course and program management, area personnel management, hangar liaison, general department clerical work, and special projects.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATES and LICENSES
- Some college, post-secondary education
- Two years of experience in aircraft flight departments or an aviation environment
- Five years of professional experience in an office setting
- FAA Dispatcher License
- Associate's Degree

Supervises others in accordance with NMC's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding, recognizing employees; addressing performance problems or gaps.
This is a full-time, 40+ hour per week position.
