PCU COORDINATOR

Job description

Duties: Coordinate multiple dental management programs with the primary care unit (PCU) Group Leaders and Administrative Directors. Conduct regular compliance reviews with students, track patient treatment, patient status and patient assignments. Communicate compliance and patient status with assigned student dentist and PCU Group Leader. Coordinate management of students/patients assignments. Interface with PCU Group Leaders on course of action based upon student clinical experience and patient needs. Act as liaison between patients, students and PCU Groups. Patient appointment scheduling and patient concerns management. Maintain student compliance reports, recall reports as well as multiple spreadsheets and Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications: An Associate's Degree or two year college equivalent and 3 years to 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Dental experience preferred. Microsoft, Excel and dental software experience required. AxiUm software experience preferred.
