Duties: In support of a large, high-volume, high-productivity Neuroscience research lab composed of 2 very active PI's with approx. 30 lab members, the Administrative Coordinator will draft and proofread routine correspondence, reports, memos and e-mails; develop and maintain tracking system for all purchasing activity to ensure that appropriate accounts are charged and items are received; manage, plan and execute complex meeting and conference arrangements including key collaborators at remote sites; coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare complex expense reports; develop and maintain system for managing all regulatory compliance; and coordinate transfers of research materials to and from the lab, ensuring compliance with all MTA/safety policies.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 5 to 7 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. The ideal candidate will also have a background in science.
