Job Duties: This is a key leadership position that oversees Ross Hall clinic operations and clinical staff. Personnel management responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, setting performance expectations, mentoring, evaluating performance, and scheduling staff to meet patient needs. Additionally, this position will promote and oversee the overall efficient and compliant day-to-day operations of the clinic. This includes inspecting, monitoring and testing for compliance with regulatory standards to assure the safety of patient s and staff as well as the provision of the highest quality of patient care.
