Minimum Education/Experience: Have a master's degree in technology, engineering or similar field. Should be able to teach courses and laboratories mentioned below: (1) Fundamentals of electronics and electrical circuits (2) Programmable logic controllers (3) Programming using BASIC, Visual BASIC, C+ or other form of microcontroller programming such as Python (4) Industrial networking and industrial network security (5) At least one of the following areas: a) Robotics b) Mechatronics and automation c) Smart Manufacturing systems.

Job Duties: Job Description; The College of Engineering and Technology seeks a 9-month fixed-term position starting fall semester 2018 to teach, advice, and provide service with a program focus in industrial engineering technology and industrial technology. The faculty member will also be expected to lead and mentor teams in the design and fabrication of a robot for the annual robotics competition organized by the Association for Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE), and be involved in student organizations.
