Job Summary The University of Georgia is currently seeking applications for the position of HR Senior Managing Consultant (Senior Process Management Consultant) in the UGA Search Group. The UGA Search Group has been operational since October 2006. The Group is a full-featured internal executive search unit, which means that we have a comprehensive understanding of the institution's culture and priorities as well an added level of ownership to successfully place the best candidates. The Group actively recruits top talent, and is also responsible for the administration of the search for the internal client by managing the planning and execution of all search related meetings. These activities include designing the search timeline, developing on campus schedules, and communicating with the University community regarding on campus interview activity. The HR Senior Managing Consultant provides highly specialized services. This individual coordinates a myriad of executive-level search functions such as, but not limited to the following: advertising placement, budget and expense coordination; check requests using state and foundation accounts; reconciling reports in Quickbooks; managing contact lists; prompt acknowledgement correspondence; email campaigns; client and candidate relations; meeting coordination; candidate arrival/departure arrangements; interview schedules; and prospective candidate research for searches. The work is highly confidential requiring the utmost discretion. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college/university with a Bachelor's degree plus four (4) years of experience in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
