ADMINISTRATIVE ASSOCIATE II
Job Summary This position will provide administrative operational assistance to the Division of Marketing & Communications staff with primary focus on the workflow and logistics of photo and video services. This position reports to the Director of Finance and Administration with certain duties supervised by Digital Asset Manager. A high level of professionalism and excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as this position will interact with a diverse group of both internal and external clients, visitors and callers. As a P-card holder, the position will be responsible for the prudent usage of the card, strict adherence to policy and procedure and reporting of transactions to the Assistant Director for review and processing. A wide variety of UGA and external software systems are used daily and training will be provided. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and three years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and one year of responsible office experience may be required.
