ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST I
Job Summary This position is a high-level administrative support position in Franklin College. The individual in the position must be able to work independently and keep sensitive information confidential . The position will be the first point of contact for the Franklin College departments for Human Resources and information on the OneSource project. This position will relay basic policy and procedure information, review paperwork for completion before submitting for further review, contact departments for missing or needed information, maintain the Franklin College organizational chart, coordinate trainings and meetings, maintain access and security roles, assist with special projects and other general and various duties to ensure the efficient operation of the Franklin College HR Office and the timely progression of the OneSource Project. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and four years of progressively responsible office experience OR Associate's Degree and two years of responsible office experience OR Bachelor's degree.
