Duties: Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Graphic Designer will be a key resource for the development of multi-channel marketing solutions through a broad range of highly-specialized design services and products, including but not limited to: websites, video and photography assets, digital and print collateral such as newsletters, fundraising proposals, event invitations, and other design-related projects as assigned. The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, manage deadlines, and execute content strategy for a variety of purposes is expected. High to expert skill level in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and proficient in the use of HTML, CSS, javascript, jQuery, and other programming languages desired.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years related graphic design work experience, preferably in higher education, health care, or a non-profit organization. Must possess the ability to initiate and implement projects with deadlines, and work both independently and as part of a team. Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships. Creative thinker and team player, possessing integrity, discretion, and excellent judgment. Brings a positive attitude and willingness to help other team members.
