  1. Input, process and manage all academic records relating to registration, course scheduling, transcripts, grades and graduation requirements, insuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  2. Provide statistical data reports; i.e.: enrollment, end of term, etc.
  3. Process State and National Board Exam applications.
  4. Process Diplomas
  5. Provide Diplomas and other records to state boards and other licensing agencies
  6. Produce grade reports, transcripts and rosters.
  7. Coordinate quarterly student registration process.
  8. Participate in institutional analysis and research projects.
  9. Enter transfer students’ credits.
  10. Evaluate students’ progress toward completion of program and certify completion of degree requirements.
  11. Supervise workload and assignment of projects for Registrar Assistant.
  12. Verify and submit Student Loan Clearing House reports.
  13. Other projects as assigned.
  14. Assist other departments as needed to ensure the best student experience and student access to information
  15. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Education, Training and/or Experience

  16. Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
  17. 3-5 years of experience in a Registrar’s office or equivalent professional responsibilities.
  18. Experience using CAMS or similar student information systems a plus
  19. Knowledge of regulations related to student records (FERPA), student right to know, and student immigration status (SEVIS).
  20. Work experience in college setting.
  21. Experience with Data processing and analysis.

  29. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  30. Some supervisory experience
  31. Higher Education experience.
