SR DIR, DEVELOPMENT & ALUMNI RELATIONS

Job description

Job Summary This position is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for regional alumni outreach for the University of Georgia through the Alumni Chapters program. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and building relationships with volunteer leaders as well as leading and managing the Alumni Chapters unit, including two associate directors, a graduate assistant, and student workers. The Senior Director is responsible for setting and achieving the goals that are maintained as part of the department's strategic plan, as well as for organizing, planning, and communicating at a leadership level. The position works in a team setting where responsibilities involve collaboration, communications, volunteers, and colleagues across campus. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related higher education experience.
