Duties: The Administrative Coordinator handles administrative and operational responsibilities for PCI central staff, including Legal Affairs, Corporate Contracts, Finance, and PCI Central Licensing team. Administrative responsibilities include scheduling, travel, correspondence, data entry and follow up and working with other Administrative Support staff on large project or providing coverage when they are out of the office. The Administrative Coordinator also provides general support on a broad basis relating to all other office operations, including front desk and reception area responsibilities, overseeing students and managing office supply inventory.

Qualifications: High School diploma (Bachelor s degree preferred) and 5 to 7 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service; Excellent organizational skills; Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and closing; Punctuality and reliability; Proven ability to efficiently and effectively handle multiple tasks; Proven ability to work under time constraints while adhering to strict deadlines; Excellent verbal and written communication skill; Team player; Excellent computer skills including extensive experience with MS Office Suite.
