Associate Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness
Texas A&M International University seeks applicants for the position of Associate VP for Institutional Effectiveness (AVPIE). The AVPIE will be responsible for providing leadership for all efforts related to institutional and program assessment, institutional research and effectiveness, strategic planning, and accreditation. The AVPIE will report directly to the Provost and VPAA and will be part of the Provost’s Council as well as the President’s Executive Council.
Applicants should hold a master’s degree or higher, have two or more years of experience in higher education institutional research and evaluation (including experience in national or regional accreditation), two or more years of supervisory experience, and a strong background in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Equivalent private sector experience may substitute for higher education experience.
