Duties: Reporting to the Executive Director HR -Benefits, this position will lead the development and maintenance of a claims data analytics tool and decision support tool that will be used to produce a series of monthly reports that will assist the team with developing meaningful targeted benefits design changes and wellness efforts. In addition this individual will be the primary liaison with the Health system and Equifax regarding the Equifax ACA manager tool, as well as be the subject matter expert on ACA within Benefits. In this capacity this individual will be the benefits liaison with the schools for inquiries about ACA benefits. Working closely with the VP of HR as well as the Executive Director - HR Benefits, the Sr. Benefits Analyst will also be responsible for analysis, planning and day to day administration of total compensation for selected individuals. Finally this individual will have primary responsibility for the relationship with the Provost office with regards to Post Doc Benefits, and will support the director in financial analysis and communications strategy as needed.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Masters Degree in Human Resources or related subject preferred
