Technical Services Lead Technician
Applications are being accepted for a full-time, year-round, technical services lead technician. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Cornell College technical services area, including the installation, repair, and maintenance of computer equipment and software for academic and administrative departments.

An associate's degree in an appropriate computer-related field or equivalent certifications and experience required. Computer networking, desktop operating systems and software knowledge (specifically Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office Suite) required, as well as A+ certification and microcomputer repair experience. Apple experience is a plus, with 1-3 years of computer technician experience preferred.
