Job Summary: Under the direction of the Director and Associate Dean and working with the Managing Director, the Fast Track Program Coordinator will administer and oversee all aspects of the Theatre Conservatory Fast Track Program. The Fast-Track Master of Arts degree in Theatre Directing is designed to meet the needs of highly motivated, in-service high school drama teachers. In three intensive six-week summer sessions over a three-year period, students complete 30 credit hours of required course followed by a thesis productions for an additional 3 credit hours at their home school. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating with CCPA Enrollment and Student Services on program admission and recruitment. Oversees general administration of the program including application protocol, student concerns, financial inquiries, onboarding, instructor assignments, curriculum and syllabi content, course scheduling, event planning and grading. This position also serves as thesis advisor (approximately 225 graduates in past 20 years) and will counsel and approves thesis production selection, set guidelines and requirements and travel to home schools to evaluate the thesis productions (10 - 12 per year). Minimum Qualifications: Experience in a university and/arts administrative environment desired. Basic office equipment (desktop computer, copier/ multi-function device, fax and telephone).

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: A bachelors degree in related field. Five years of experience in education is required. Must have developed inter-personal skills with an ability to work with a wide array of individuals, including students, faculty, staff and artists. Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good working relationships. Ability to demonstrate a commitment to service excellence by embodying Roosevelt's core values, mission, and vision in every aspect of the role working with students, faculty, staff, and visitors. A positive and professional demeanor is a must. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
