Duties: The Director of the Huntsman Program works closely with the Faculty Directors for the Program as well as with Wharton and SAS undergraduate offices to provide oversight of the program. This position reports to the two faculty directors, one at Wharton and the other at SAS. The Director is responsible for all aspects of managing the program's operations and providing services to Huntsman students and alumni, including academic advising, academic affairs and support of undergraduate admissions. The director will oversee the financial and human resources management of the Program. The incumbent will manage the administrative staff two.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in academic advising required. Must have previous supervisory experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced,multi-tasking environment. Proven ability to work efficiently with students, parents, faculty, and senior administration. Sensitivity to diverse cultures and the ability to work with different kinds of groups and people. Previous experience working with confidential information helpful. Understanding of University administration helpful.
