Job description

Duties: This position provides accounting and administrative support as part of the divisional finance team, with particular support for Mail Services Business Unit. The role will also be responsible for the central oversight and management of RevenueVision (BSD's contract management software tool), compliance monitoring for the Division's procure to pay metrics, and take a lead in the continuous review and improvement of the Division's Internal Control Environment.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance and 2 years to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of experience working in a finance or accounting role preferred, including experience in a higher education environment. Solid understanding of US GAAP principles and general accounting responsibilities. Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize items. Customer service mentality that fosters a collaborative environment to solve problems. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Track record of effectively and efficiently managing competing priorities and meeting goals. Familiarity and experience with Penn's systems and University's policies strongly preferred.
