MANAGER OF FACULTY AFFAIRS
Duties: The Manager of Faculty Affairs for the Department of Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Informatics (DBEI) and the Center for Clinical Epidemiology (CCEB) reports to the Director of Academic Operations of the DBEI/CCEB, and is responsible for the administrative management and development of Departmental and Center activities related to the faculty affairs process. This person will be the primary administrative resource for faculty development, retention
and recruitment activities, including appointments, promotions, reappointments, terminations, BGS membership and the faculty awards process. The Manager of Faculty Affairs will also have responsibility for managing and documenting the Departmental Committee on Appointments and Promotions (COAP). The Manager will oversee all diversity activities in partnership with the Diversity Search Advisor, will manage faculty administrative appointments and renewals and manage the Faculty Affairs Coordinator.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and 3 years to 5 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, are required.
