Job description

Duties: Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) seeks a generalist clinician with experience in college counseling. Clinical responsibilities include individual therapy, group facilitation, training/supervision, consultation, and outreach & prevention.

Qualifications: A Master's Degree or more and 3 to 5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Must be licensed (LSW) in the State of Pennsylvania; LCSW is highly preferred. Strongly preferred candidates will be grounded in multicultural theory and have experience in college counseling. Must have solid understanding of how marginalization, inequality, and identity impact students. Strong skills in crisis intervention and assessment are essential; experience with multidisciplinary collaboration and consultation highly preferred. Work scheduled includes two or three days per week, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m and 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. one or two days per week. Some Saturdays, 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. may be required.
