Assistant Professor of Political Science (Foreign Policy) Tenure Track

Job description

Job Description: The department seeks applicants in foreign policy with expertise in U.S. foreign policy and U.S. national security policy. The position involves teaching undergraduate courses as well as graduate courses in our M.A. and Ph.D. programs. The incumbent will be expected to teach upper-level undergraduate and graduate courses on the formulation and implementation of U.S. foreign policy and U.S. national security policy, as well as an introductory International Relations class.

Qualifications: Ph.D. in Political Science at the time of the appointment. Demonstrated potential for excellence in research and teaching Record of (or clear potential for) distinguished scholarship, grant-funded research, and student mentorship.
