Duties: Administrative Coordinator needed to assist in business office handling tasks for Faculty Affairs and University administrative functions. Position will handle the following tasks for faculty affairs: assist with faculty actions as they relate to recruitment, appointments, promotions, reappointments, etc.; also handle credentialing, maintain FPPE and OPPE. This position will also handle HIPAA compliance for entire Dept as well as manage the malpractice roster, assets inventory, annual performance evaluation process.
Position is contingent on continued funding.
Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED and 5 years to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Good communication skills is a must.
