Duties: The Staff Assistant manages the operations of the Office of the Dean, works closely with the Dean across the range of his responsibilities, and serves as an advisor to the Dean on administrative matters. Staff Assistant maintains oversight for ongoing projects; and ensures that all contacts with and problems brought to the Dean and his office are addressed efficiently and professionally. The position handles special assignments and provides other high-level services and support for the Dean's Office.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 3years to 5 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, are required; 5-7 years of experience preferred. Strong candidates will possess the following skills: high level of critical thinking, ability to work with limited supervision, ability to multi-task, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite required.
